We want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
How to Return
- Email returns@rcupgrade.com.au with your order number
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Pack securely with the RA number on the outside and ship to the address we provide
Refunds
Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
Faulty Items
We cover return shipping on faulty or incorrectly sent items. Contact support@rcupgrade.com.au immediately.
Not Eligible for Return
- Installed or used items
- Items damaged by incorrect installation
- Items returned without authorisation
